Services requested: HVAC, water heater replacement and pipe insulation, attic and floor insulation, remodeling services, lighting fixture replacement, roof replacement and insulation, door replacement and weather stripping, window fixture installation, mold remediation, handyman services 

Program Description: The Southwest Virginia Building Upgrade Program is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for services at up to 15 commercial facilities in Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Tazewell, and Wise counties. Contractors are not expected to provide quotes for all projects, but preference may be given to contractors that can serve multiple facilities. Locations, service requests, and contact information of participating facilities are included below.
